1Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar into a large bowl.
2to flour mixture add eggs and milk, then add vanill and melted butter. Mix well with an electric mixer this helps cut down on lumps and time.
3Butter a frying pan or griddle. Make desired sizes and cook until brown.
4Options add pecans once you put the batter in the pan. You can also add blueberries or anything you like in your pancakes....Enjoy!
