Get a grill hot with butter don't burn and get a ladle and put pancake batter on grill when pancake starts to get bubbles check and see if done on one side then turn over.. serve with fresh butter and maple syrup... Use judgement with the bisquick especially after you mix with milk you might need more taste batter if you want it sweeter you can add more sugar and really banana you could use 3 but add more bisquck and another egg...
