english muffin cheese crab melt

I had some left over imitation crab salad and 1 English Muffin, and wanting to use them up..I made this little snack for breakfast this morning. Along with a couple little tomatoes from my garden. Remember the ole saying....? "WASTE NOT-WANT NOT" My grandma taught me right!.. I Love her and miss her...and I still save jars,rubber bands, etc. and wear pencils down to the eraser!....LOL Well, anyhow you might like this idea for a snack. It is quite delicious. Ingredients

  • 1/2 - english muffin
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon horse radish sauce.....thats sauce!
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 slice american cheese... i prefere colby cheese
  • 1/3 cup imitation crab salad ,........ minced

How To Make english muffin cheese crab melt

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT toaster oven to 350. Place half muffin in oven and lightly toast. REMOVE to a sheet of aluminum foil.
  • Step 2
    Add to the diced crab salad, mayonnaise, horseradish sauce and dill weed that has been mixed. Top the muffin with the crab mixture, then the cheese. Return to oven, and bake till the cheese melts. About 10 minutes.
