How to Make Eggnog Pancakes
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl with a whisk. Then add the egg and milks. Whisk until mixed well and smooth. Add oil last. *If batter seems to thick add a little more eggnog.
- Ladle pancakes on to hot griddle and cook until golden brown. Serve with warm Maple Syrup!
(I add a light sprinkle of Nutmeg to my Syrup for an added punch!)
- This recipe is a awesome everyday pancake, just add 1 cup buttermilk, 1 tablespoon sugar and no eggnog. You will never buy boxed again!
