this are the best pancakes I ever had this is my Mother-in-laws recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 pinches salt
  • - milk

How To Make egg pancakes

  • Step 1
    separate yolks from egg whites.put in two bowls in the bowl with yolks add flour and salt,add milk gradually until slury looking
  • Step 2
    mix egg whites with beater til stiff.
  • Step 3
    dough should be some hat thick.when is thourally mixed fold beaten egg whites into the dough
  • Step 4
    fry in butter or margarine cook til golden brown
