  • maple syrup or nut butter

How To Make easy overnight oats and chia seed bowl

  • Step 1
In a jar or bowl with a lid, stir together the oats, chia seeds, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt.
  • Step 2
Give it a good stir to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  • Step 3
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight. The oats and chia seeds will absorb the liquid and thicken.
  • Step 4
In the morning, give it a stir and top with your favorite fresh fruit, almond slices, and any extras you love.
  • Step 5
Enjoy straight from the fridge, or warm it up for 30–60 seconds in the microwave if you prefer it cozy.
