Ingredients
- 3 cups potatoes, peeled & diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
How To Make easy hash browns...

Step 1First season the potatoes. Heat oil in a 10 inch frying pan. Add in the potatoes to cook & stir constantly for about 5 mins over medium heat.

Step 2Press them flat with a turner. Cook over low heat, then shake pan a few times until bottom is golden brown.

Step 3Fold potato in half & serve warm.
