easy granola - adapted from ellie kreiger
(1 RATING)
I've tried alot of different granola recipes, but this one has to be my favorite....it's crunchy and it's healthy! Bonus! I've tweeked it a bit from the original recipe, but they major flavor player is the pure maple syrup, and that hasn't changed at all. Enjoy!

How To Make easy granola - adapted from ellie kreiger
-
Step 1Chop your assorted nuts into uniformly sized peices (large or small depending on your taste) and combine them in a medium bowl with all of the other ingredients. Mix well to make sure that all of the mixture is coated with maple syrup.
-
Step 2Spread mixture in a thin layer onto a large cookie sheet and bake at 300 for 30 mins. Stirring every ten minutes to ensure that it browns evenly and does not burn. Cool completely on a wire rack and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for upto 2 weeks. Serving size is a 1/2 cup and is awesome on yogurt, with milk or even just by itself as a snack.
