  • 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 4 teaspoons unsweetened orange or pineapple juice
  • 4 - sesame seed bagels, halved & toasted

How To Make diabetic bagel sandwich

  • Step 1
    place all the ingredients except the bagels in a bowl stir until thoroughly combined
  • Step 2
    spread the filling on the toasted bagels & serve
