My mom made this so many times for a Saturday morning coffee with the neighbor ladies. You can't beat this moist easy to make coffee cake.

Ingredients
- TOPPING
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- CAKE BATTER
- 2 cups flour
- 1 package instant butterscotch pudding, small package
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding, small package
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 - eggs
How To Make delicious coffee cake

Step 1Combine Topping ingredients and set aside.

Step 2Combine all the ingredients for the batter. As long as it is mixed well there is no right or wrong way to do this.

Step 3In a greased 9x13 pan spread half the batter. Then sprinkle half the topping. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean. between 35 and 45 min. Very good served warm or room temperature.
