How To Make delicious buttermilk waffles
Test Kitchen Tips
We found the batter was a touch thick. We added 1/4 c more buttermilk to the batter. This can easily be adjusted to taste.
-
Step 1Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
-
Step 2Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir well.
-
Step 3If the batter seems too thick or thin, adjust with buttermilk and/or flour.
-
Step 4Pour into a preheated waffle iron. Cook until crisp and golden.
