Step 1add enough vegetable oil to the pan to cover the bottom. start heating oil,

Step 2crack the egg into the bowl, add desired amount of milk and the sugar, mix well, dip bread into the egg mixture making sure both sides are covered, place in pan, it will take a few minutes on each side.
