- 8 - eggs
- 1 package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
How To Make crustless quiche

Step 1Break eggs into a medium-sized bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Beat until well mixed. Stir in broccoli and cheddar cheese.

Step 2Pour into a greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done, when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
