Ingredients For crunchy oat cereal

  • 1 3/4 c
    jumbo rolled oats
  • 1 1/4 c
    pecan nuts,roughly chopped
  • 6 Tbsp
    maple syrup
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter,melted

How To Make crunchy oat cereal

    Preheat oven to 325. Mix all the ingredients together and spread on to a large baking tray.

    Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and crunchy. Leave to cool, then break up into clumps and serve. *This can be kept in a airtight container for up to 2 weeks when stored in a cool dry place.
