- 1 3/4 cups jumbo rolled oats
- 1 1/4 cups pecan nuts,roughly chopped
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- 6 tablespoons butter,melted
How To Make crunchy oat cereal

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Mix all the ingredients together and spread on to a large baking tray.

Step 2Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and crunchy. Leave to cool, then break up into clumps and serve. *This can be kept in a airtight container for up to 2 weeks when stored in a cool dry place.
