Ingredients
- 6 cups corn flakes or frosted flakes
- 1 cup dried cranberries, blueberries cherries or raisins
- 1 cup walnuts, pecans or almonds, chopped
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, beaten
How To Make crunchy cornflake bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line 13" x 9" baking pan with foil; coat with cooking spray.

Step 2In a large bowl, mix together the cornflakes, fruit, nuts; reserve.

Step 3In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together honey, brown sugar, butter, zest & extract. Microwave on high in 15 second intervals until sugar is dissolved; cool.

Step 4Stir in eggs. Stir in honey mixture into cereal mixture until evenly coated. Spread in pan.

Step 5Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack & cut into bars.
