Growing up we always had pancakes or french toast. Then i married my husband, who is from New York, and they always had crepes for breakfast, so this recipe is courtesy of my mom-n-law.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil...and oil for frying
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

How To Make crepes

  • Step 1
Start with a blender..makes it easier to pour into the frying pan. Throw in wet ingredients then the flour, salt, and sugar. Mix till combined. Put a tad bit of oil in your non-stick fry pan, swirl it around.. wait for pan to get hot. Then pour your crepes into the middle of pan, and swirl the pan around till you make a circle.. then flip when brown. Serve with syrup or whatever you prefer. We prefer taking syrup and peanut butter and heating it up for a bit. Or we take cream cheese and jelly and put it inside the crepe.. Endless possibilities!! Hope you enjoy these as much as we do!
