This recipe was personally prepared by Lorraine Passero for the Brunch themed meeting with the Curious Cusiner' October 2015 meeting.

This is Lorraine's version of a Just A Pinch recipe.

She says to use either a crepe pan or small fry pan to make crepes. "I have a 40 year old electric crepe pan and each time I want to use it, I check it out to see if it still works."
