Ingredients
- 1 quart milk
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic powder with parsley
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco
- 1 cup quick cooking grits
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
How To Make creamy cream cheese grits

Step 1In a large saucepan over medium-high heat combine, milk, garlic, salt, pepper and Tabasco.

Step 2Heat, stirring slowly and constantly until milk just comes to a boil.

Step 3Add grits and stir to mix. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until grits are thick and creamy, 5-6 minutes.

Step 4Add cheese and stir until they are completely melted. Serve warm.
