How to Make Creamy Cream Cheese Grits
- 1In a large saucepan over medium-high heat combine, milk, garlic, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
- 2Heat, stirring slowly and constantly until milk just comes to a boil.
- 3Add grits and stir to mix. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until grits are thick and creamy, 5-6 minutes.
- 4Add cheese and stir until they are completely melted. Serve warm.
