- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can tuna packed in water.
- 1 cup cooked peas
- 4 - pieces toast, biscuits, crackers and even mashed potatoes!
How To Make "tuna pea wiggle" creamed ontoast

Step 1Medium White Sauce Melt butter over low heat.Add flour and pepper. Stir until well blended.Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk and return to heat.Cook, stirring constantly, untill thick and smooth

Step 2Drain tuna from can, and mix into white sauce. Add peas, cook over low heat 5 minutes. Serve over toast.

Step 3If desired, chopped hard boiled eggs,can be added. Can also be served over boiled potatoes or crackers.
