Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 oz.pkg crescent rolls
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 - egg (seperated)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese

How To Make cream cheese coffee cake

  • Step 1
    Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Heat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Flatten one pkg.crescent rolls in pan. Mix softened cream cheese, yolk, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Spread over crescent dough. Place second pkg of rolls on top of filling and pinch edges to seal.
  • Step 3
    Beat egg white and spread over crust. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake for 30 minutes.
