These fritters make a wonderful way to start your day. Easy and a real stick to your ribs recipe. I normally do not serve meat with these just some fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn, whole kernal, drained
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt

How To Make corn fritters

  • Step 1
    Drain corn. In a medium bowl mix corn with eggs, stir well.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Now stir this into the corn mixture, beat until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Drop by heaping Tablespoons into hot grease in skillet. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with butter and syrup.
