How to Make Corn Fritters
1Drain corn. In a medium bowl mix corn with eggs, stir well.
2In a small bowl sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
Now stir this into the corn mixture, beat until smooth.
3Drop by heaping Tablespoons into hot grease in skillet. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with butter and syrup.
