These fritters make a wonderful way to start your day. Easy and a real stick to your ribs recipe. I normally do not serve meat with these just some fresh fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 cup corn, whole kernal, drained
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
How To Make corn fritters

Step 1Drain corn. In a medium bowl mix corn with eggs, stir well.

Step 2In a small bowl sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Now stir this into the corn mixture, beat until smooth.

Step 3Drop by heaping Tablespoons into hot grease in skillet. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with butter and syrup.
