Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup french vanilla flavored creamer
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 16 slices french bread (cut 3/4 inch thick)
- - oil for frying
How To Make coconut praline french toast

Step 1In large bowl combine eggs,milk,French vanilla creamer,and salt,mixing until frothy.On a tray spread Shredded coconut and pecans evenly.Dip slices of French bread in egg mixture until saturated.Roll bread slices on tray to coat with the coconut and pecan mixture.

Step 2Preheat a skillet with oil on medium high heat. In well greased skillet place coated bread slices, cook until coconut is golden brown.Turn carefully adjust heat to keep coconut from burning.

Step 3Serve immediately or place slices as there done on a cookie sheet and keep in oven set at lowest temp to keep warm so can serve all at same time. Serve with warmed maple syrup.

Step 4If you don't have French vanilla creamer substitute one Tablespoon vanilla extract with 1/2 cup milk or Heavy cream.
