How to Make Coconut Praline French Toast
- In large bowl combine eggs,milk,French vanilla creamer,and salt,mixing until frothy.On a tray spread Shredded coconut and pecans evenly.Dip slices of French bread in egg mixture until saturated.Roll bread slices on tray to coat with
the coconut and pecan mixture.
- Preheat a skillet with oil on medium high heat.
In well greased skillet place coated bread slices,
cook until coconut is golden brown.Turn carefully
adjust heat to keep coconut from burning.
- Serve immediately or place slices as there done
on a cookie sheet and keep in oven set at lowest temp to keep warm so can serve all at same time.
Serve with warmed maple syrup.
- If you don't have French vanilla creamer substitute
one Tablespoon vanilla extract with 1/2 cup milk or Heavy cream.
