1/4 cbob's red mill creamy rice cereal
1/4 cshredded coconut, unsweetened
1 dash(es)vanilla extract
1 dash(es)coconut extract
1 Tbspcoconut oil
1 Tbspheavy cream
How to Make Coconut hot breakfast cereal
- Bring water to boil.
- Add shredded coconut and rice cereal. Reduce heat and cook 5-8 minutes until desired consistency.
- Add coconut oil, coconut extract and vanilla extract. Stir until oil is well blended into cereal.
- Add sugar to taste. I use about 2 teaspoons.
- Pour cereal into bowl and top with heavy cream.
Enjoy as is, or top with silvered almonds, dried cranberries, pineapple, cinnamon or anything else that sounds exciting to you.
