I adopted this recipe from the Coconut group. Now, later on I will make it and give an update with a picture of the Coconut Caramel Toast too.

Ingredients For coconut caramel toast

  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    flaked coconut
  • 4 slice
    white, whole wheat, or raisin bread
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, softened

How To Make coconut caramel toast

  • 1
    Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix brown sugar, flaked coconut and soft butter in bowl.
  • 2
    Toast slices of bread. Spread with the brown sugar mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
