- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flaked coconut
- 4 slices white, whole wheat, or raisin bread
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
How To Make coconut caramel toast

Step 1Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix brown sugar, flaked coconut and soft butter in bowl.

Step 2Toast slices of bread. Spread with the brown sugar mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
