Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix
- 4 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make cinnamon swirl coffee cake

Step 1Grease and flour tube pan.

Step 2With electric mixer, combine first five ingredients. Batter will be stiff.

Step 3Put 1/2 batter into prepared baking pan and sprinkle with sugar mixture which will be the last 4 ingredients mixed together.Swirl. Repeat with sugar mixture on top.Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.

Step 4Cake gets very brown before down but stays moist & wonderful if covered tightly. I baked this cake approximately 45 to 50 minutes. All ovens are different. When cooled, I wrapped the cake in foil and placed it in my glass cake dish. It also freezes well.
