Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients

1 cwarm milk (110 degrees f)

2eggs, room temperature

1/3 cbutter, melted

4 1/2 cbread flour

1 tspsalt

1/2 cwhite sugar

2 1/2 tspbread machine yeast

FILLING

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 1/2 Tbspcinnamon, ground

1/3 cbutter, softened

ICING
-
3 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1/4 cbutter, softened
-
1 1/2 cpowdered sugar

1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
1/8 tspsalt
How to Make Cinnamon Rolls
- 1.Place ingredients in the pan of bread machine. Select dough cycle, and press start.
- After dough has doubled in size turn out on a lightly floured surface, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll dough into a 16x21 inch rectangle. Spread 1/3 cup of butter on dough and evenly sprinkle with brown sugar mixture. Roll dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place on a 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake rolls for 15 minutes. While baking rolls cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Spread icing on warm rolls and serve.
