- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 1 - lg egg
- 1 cup raisins

Step 1In large bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar. Add melted butter, vanilla, milk, and egg. Whisk until well blended. Stir in raisins.
