CINNAMON & APPLE COFFEE CAKE
1 pkgcinnamon rolls
1/4 cskim milk
1 tspvanilla extract
1 mediumgala or honeycrisp apple or ,whatever you have on hand, diced
1/2 cbrown sugar
How to Make CINNAMON & APPLE COFFEE CAKE
- Preheat oven to 350º
- In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, cinnamon and extract. Stir until smooth. Set aside.
- In a small pan over medium heat, combine butter, apples and brown sugar. Cook until sugar starts to caramelize, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Cut cinnamon roll dough into 3 even pieces, then cut those in 3 pieces. Making 9 pieces total per each cinnamon roll. Set icing aside.
- Spray 9 x9 inch pan with Pam. Put the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the pan. Pour the egg mixture on top. Then put the apple mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll mixture.
