cheesy scrambled eggs
This is how I make scrambled eggs. You can add meat to this to make it a heartier dish, I do often. If the meat is raw, cook it with the veggies, if it's cooked, add it to the eggs. I've used ham, bacon, sausage, and even leftover steak. Just chop to bite size pcs.

Ingredients
- 12 - eggs
- 1/2 cup ea. of diced red bell, onion, mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup your favorite cheese (opt)
- 3 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 1/2 cup milk
How To Make cheesy scrambled eggs

Step 1Put veggies in a small amount of olive oil and cook till tender.

Step 2Wisk eggs together with salt, pepper, and milk. The milk will make them fluffier.

Step 3Pour eggs into pan with veggies, stirring constantly till done. Add butter & cheese, tossing till melted.
