These are creamy and satisfying for breakfast, brunch, or side dish. I came up with it on the spur of the moment and they were delish.

How To Make cheesy chile grits
-
Step 1In Medium sauce pan, add first 5 ingredients and bring to rolling boil. Add grits and stir 1 minute then reduse heat to simmer and cook 15 minutes covered. Keep close eye on them and stir frequently.
-
Step 2Add milk and combine well. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Should have a very creamy texture. Turn off heat and add cheeses and mix well.
-
Step 3Serve as a side dish, or for a complete breakfast serve in bowls with an over-easy egg on top and let yolk run all over it. (This is my personal favorite). ENJOY
