Cheese Pancakes

1 cshredded cheese, preferred kind

1/8 csoy or other low carb flour

1 dash(es)sea salt

1 largeegg

1/8 csour cream, cottage cheese, or cream cheese

How to Make Cheese Pancakes
- Mix the cheese, flour and salt with a fork or hands.
- Stir in the egg and sour cream or cream cheese. Mix well with a fork or whisk.
- Heat 1 or 2 Tbsp of butter (I often use coconut oil) in a skillet over medium heat and drop the batter with a ladle or spoon onto the hot skillet. Fry until the bottom is golden, then turn and fry the other side until done.
- Serve with butter, syrup, or whatever you like. I eat this with just a bit of garlic powder and pepper with a side of fruit but it's also delicious with gravy!
