cheater's granola
I needed granola in a hurry and didn't have any "real" oats to make homemade granola, so just kind of grabbed what I had on hand! (I like it layered with yogurt!)

Ingredients
- 1 - bag instant oatmeal (individual serving - maple & br. sugar or favorite flavor)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut
- 1 tablespoon chopped pecan pieces
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
How To Make cheater's granola

Step 1Mix together. Spread in small baking pan or cast iron skillet.

Step 2Bake for 10 minutes at 325ºF.

Step 3Cool. Store in fridge.
