I needed granola in a hurry and didn't have any "real" oats to make homemade granola, so just kind of grabbed what I had on hand! (I like it layered with yogurt!)

  • 1
    bag instant oatmeal (individual serving - maple & br. sugar or favorite flavor)
  • 1 Tbsp
    unsweetened coconut
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped pecan pieces
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    coconut oil

How to Make Cheater's Granola


  1. Mix together. Spread in small baking pan or cast iron skillet.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes at 325ºF.
  3. Cool. Store in fridge.
