How to Make Buzz's Sausage Gravy on Biscuits
- Start baking your biscuits. I use Pillsbury frozen.
Brown sausage in skillet using medium heat. When brown add flour. Stir don't let it burn but cook the flour for a minute or two.
- Add milk to just cover sausage with milk. Stir while thickening. Add salt and pepper. Thin with water while still stirring. Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Thin with water to desired thickness.
- Serve over biscuits.
