Buttermilk Pancakes- Mrs. Batterberry
This is the only pancake recipe I use since 1976. They are so light and fluffy!
How to Make Buttermilk Pancakes- Mrs. Batterberry
- 1First whisk dry ingredients together. Make a "well"; add remaining ingredients.
- 2Beat really hard ( or use electric mixer). Batter may be made night before. Will keep "a couple of days" in refrigerator.
- 3Use 1/4 cup or 1/3 cup batter per pancake. Don't need to grease griddle, but you may prefer to lightly grease it.
