1/2 capplesauce

1/4 tspsalt

How To Make bruleed oats with lemon mascarpone

1Place the oats in a dry pan and place over medium heat, and toast for about 5 minutes.

2Add the water, applesauce, and salt. Cook another 5 minutes until thickened. Stir in the honey.

3Mix the lemon zest with the mascarpone and stir into the oat mixture.

4Place in two bowls and place 2 Tbsp sugar on the top of each bowl of oats and torch them with a kitchen torch until browned.
