Not sure what to serve this with, when I made it we had it with pancakes, however a more savory main dish may balance the smokey sweetness of this tasty bacon treat. Amounts used, servings, all dependent on how many you want, how many you're feeding and the like. This is just a great idea I stumbled on and wanted to share.

Ingredients

4 ounces bacon, uncooked
3/4 cup brown sugar

How To Make brown sugar bacon

Step 1

pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2

put brown sugar in a bowl or plate, which ever works best for you.
Step 3

Take bacon from package, press into the brown sugar. Carefully place unsugared side onto a cooling rack placed onto a cookie sheet. repeat with other slices, figure one to two slices per person.
Step 4

let cool for a few minutes til the brown sugar cools forming a tasty little crust. serve up and enjoy!
