A good friend from Switzerland make this all the time and it is delicious. It lasts for several days in the fridge.

Ingredients

2 c
old fashioned oats
1/4 c
milk (enough to cover oats)
1 c
raisins
1 c
nuts (walnuts,hazel, or almonds)
1 small
container cool whip
1 small
mandrain oranges , drained
sliced banana, blueberries, strawberries diced apples , fresh peaches, or any fruit that is in season.

How to Make Bridgett's muesli

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put oats in a plastic bowl and add milk to cover. Set aside until oats absorbe milk.
  • 2Add nuts, raisins and stir.
  • 3Add mandrain oranges and then any other fruits.
  • 4Add tub of cool whip and stir. Refrigerate in airtight container. This will last for several days and is very filling.
