I call this "Breakfast After A Hard Day On The River." Fact is -- it's not Breakfast but Supper. Fact Is -- I haven't been on the River since the temperature dropped below 50 degrees. Fact is -- It's three times what I would normally Eat. Fact is -- Now and then you just have to enjoy yourself and have fun in front the stove, and get the camera out. Cheers (I did eat it all.)

    P.S. This was my Feta Cheese Omelet, Hash Brown Potatoes, one Breakfast Sausage patty, two strips of Bacon and a slice of Rye toast and my second favorite beverage -- Coffee. Cheers
