breakfast tortillas
Yet another orphaned recipe I've adopted! Looks very nice like it is!!! But I may tweak it a bit!

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1/3 cup corn kernels, frozen
- 5 - whole wheat tortillas
How To Make breakfast tortillas

Step 1Cook the potatoes in a dry nonstick skillet, stirring frequently, until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients, except the tortillas, and cook another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

Step 3Spoon a line of the mixture down the center of each tortilla.

Step 4Roll up and eat.
