I make these at work for the staff and customers. They love them.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices cooked ham
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 - submarine sandwich rolls
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 slice cheese slice
  • 2 tablespoons margarine

How To Make breakfast sub

  • Step 1
    In a frying pan, cook 4 slices of bacon and 2 slices of ham. While they are frying, butter your sub bun on a plate. When the ham is cooked place it on your sub bun. Put the bacon on a paper towel to obsorb the grease. Fry your 2 eggs with the yolks broken. Place a cheese slice on each egg. When the cheese is melted place each egg and cheese on your sub bun. Top it with the bacon and add your salt and pepper to taste. Cut in half and enjoy !!
