Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground pork boston butt
- 2 tablespoons ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 tablespoon apple juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
How To Make breakfast sausage

Step 1In a large mixing bowl add pork, and all ingredients.

Step 2Mix well by hand. Take a small amount form a patty about the size of a 50 cent piece and fry. Adjust seasonings to your personal taste.
