We made these for breakfast this weekend. You can add tomato slices if you like. Also you can add salt and pepper to taste when yoou scramble the eggs.

Ingredients
- 4 - whole wheat english muffins
- 8 - eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 - avocado
- 4 tablespoons cucumber ranch dressing
- 2 teaspoons tabasco sauce
How To Make breakfast sandwich

Step 1Slice muffins and toast.

Step 2Mix the ranch dressing and Tabasco well.

Step 3Cook the bacon until crisp. drain on a paper towel. Break slices in half.

Step 4Peel and pit the avocado. Thinly slice.

Step 5Melt the butter in a skillet and scramble the eggs.. Spread each muffin bottom with 1T ranch mixture.

Step 6Divide the scrambled eggs evenly on the 4 bottoms.

Step 7Add 2 slices(4 halves) bacon to each.

Step 8Top each with 1/4 of the avocado slices. Cover with the muffin tops.
