Ingredients

  • 1
    english muffin toasted
  • 2 slice
    corned beef
  • 1 slice
    swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    sauerkraut drained and squeezed dry
  • 1/8 tsp
    caraway seeds
  • 1 large
    egg fried
  • 2 Tbsp
    1000's island dressing

How to Make Breakfast Reuben

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the sauerkraut with the caraway seeds.
    Place the corned beef on top of the bottom English muffin.
  2. Place the sauerkraut mixture on top of the corned beef than add the sliced Swiss cheese.
  3. Place in broiler on high until cheese is melted. 1 to 3 minutes.
    Top with fried egg and thousand island dressing.
