Ingredients
- 1 medium potato (grated)
- 1 small red onion( sliced thin)
- 4 slices tomato (sliced thin)
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 4 small pieces of bacon
How To Make breakfast pizza

Step 1In a large skillet add 1/4 cup of butter melted add potato that has been shredded.

Step 2Brown first side,turn add red onion and some cheese.

Step 3Add spinach

Step 4Add bacon pieces and tomato slices add cheese on top.

Step 52 over easy eggs can be added at this time. (I do like my eggs)
