Was hungry for something different this morning and thought about pizza.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium potato (grated)
  • 1 small red onion( sliced thin)
  • 4 slices tomato (sliced thin)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 4 small pieces of bacon

How To Make breakfast pizza

  • Hashbrowns being browned
    Step 1
    In a large skillet add 1/4 cup of butter melted add potato that has been shredded.
  • Hashb rowns and red onion
    Step 2
    Brown first side,turn add red onion and some cheese.
  • Add spinach
    Step 3
    Add spinach
  • Tomatoes
    Step 4
    Add bacon pieces and tomato slices add cheese on top.
  • Step 5
    2 over easy eggs can be added at this time. (I do like my eggs)
