Ingredients

  • 1 store bought pizza crust
  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water or milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • partially cooked bacon, ham, or sausage, cooked
  • sliced fresh mushrooms, or sliced tomatoes

How To Make breakfast pizza

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in frying pan. Add eggs,water, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Beat lightly with spoon to mix. Stir until cooked. Remove from heat.
  • Step 3
    Spread pizza sauce over crust. Cover with scrambled eggs.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle with grated cheese. Add any other toppings
  • Step 5
    Return to oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
