I call it breakfast on the go; my entire family loves it I told my sister about it she tried it and was very pleased about it she gave her neighbor some and she liked it.very easy to prepare it is A meal in A muffin yum,yum.

Ingredients

  • ·
    can of cooking spray
  • ·
    6 slices of loaf bread (white)
  • ·
    8-10 strips of bacon cooked and crumble
  • ·
    4 eggs
  • ·
    1/2 cup of cheese grated cheese of your choice
  • ·
    garlic powder to taste
  • ·
    onion powder to taste
  • ·
    basil, dried to taste
  • ·
    muffin pan for 6
  • ·
    2 tablespoons of water

How to Make Breakfast on the go

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven 350
  2. cook bacon while bacon is cooking take edges off bread
  3. spray muffin pan
  4. put bread slices down in muffin pan to form a cup then put A little of the crumbled bacon in the bottom on top of bread
  5. put egg in bowl with garlic,onion,and basil put half of crumble bacon,cheese in mixture 2tablespoons of water mix to blend
  6. pour on bread put the rest of bacon ,cheese on top put in oven until golden brown
