Ingredients

  • 1 medium new york steak, sliced thin
  • 1 medium red pepper cut in half ,sliced thin
  • 1 small onion slice it micro thin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 small mushroom sliced micro thin
  • THE SAUTE OF CHOICE
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 clove garlic

How To Make breakfast new york

  • Step 1
    first slice up all the vegies , the meat, dice the garlic micro style
  • Step 2
    in a frying pan, add the oilive oil add the garlic. add the onion . add the pepper. add the mushroom. then add the dried herb.
  • Step 3
    let it saute for about one min, add the meat.
  • Step 4
    let this saute for about one min , stir , and again for another min,
  • Step 5
    put cover on for about 4 min as pressure saute , mix and put cover on again for about another min. serve and enjoy this breakfast of champions , or you can make this as a complimentry side dish.
