- 2 small mushroom sliced micro thin

- 1 clove garlic

Step 1first slice up all the vegies , the meat, dice the garlic micro style

Step 2in a frying pan, add the oilive oil add the garlic. add the onion . add the pepper. add the mushroom. then add the dried herb.

Step 3let it saute for about one min, add the meat.

Step 4let this saute for about one min , stir , and again for another min,

Step 5put cover on for about 4 min as pressure saute , mix and put cover on again for about another min. serve and enjoy this breakfast of champions , or you can make this as a complimentry side dish.
