Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
How To Make breakfast muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl.

Step 3Whisk together milk, oil and egg; add to dry ingredients.

Step 4Mix just until blended. Don't overmix. Batter will be lumpy.

Step 5Spoon batter in prepared muffin cups until 2/3 full.

Step 6Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until just starting to brown.
