Ingredients
- 3 cups apple juice
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup quick cooking couscous
- 1 - Granny Smith apple, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons crystalized ginger
How To Make breakfast couscous

Step 1In a bowl, add 1 cup of apple juice in a bowl. Add the raisins and dried cranberries. Let sit overnight at room temperature.

Step 2Place the remaining 2 cups of apple juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add the couscous. Cook until the apple juice has been absorbed.

Step 3Drain the raisins and cranberries and stir into the couscous. Top with the apple and ginger. Drizzle a little milk over if you want to or eat as is.
