Ingredients
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 11/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chips
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
How To Make breakfast cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2Combine bananas, peanut butter, applesauce, vanilla and cinnamon.

Step 3Add in the oats, nuts, chocolate chips and coconut. Stir until well combined.

Step 4Using cookie scoop drop onto cookie sheet.

Step 5Flatten slightly.

Step 6Bake 13 to 15b minutes.

Step 7Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
