What a treat, cookies for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 11/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chips
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

How To Make breakfast cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    Combine bananas, peanut butter, applesauce, vanilla and cinnamon.
  • Step 3
    Add in the oats, nuts, chocolate chips and coconut. Stir until well combined.
  • Step 4
    Using cookie scoop drop onto cookie sheet.
  • Step 5
    Flatten slightly.
  • Step 6
    Bake 13 to 15b minutes.
  • Step 7
    Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
  • Step 8
